It's as low as Jeremy ever goes in the entire series, eating the half-burned remains of a girlfriend's dog, but his cheerful obliviousness to the emotional carnage he leaves behind, and his insistence that he had to eat the dog because he was in the moment, proves that he hasn't learned a single fucking thing from the whole experience.
